The first connection.
Leasing, training and specialist aircraft capabilities form the anchor of the ecosystem.

ALFA LITEPAPER / SEPTEMBER 2026
Aviation is the starting point.
The wider ecosystem is the opportunity.
01 / THE IDEA
ALFA is the planned utility token of the Al Furqan ecosystem. It brings aviation, agriculture, healthcare and green energy into one shared vision, with aviation as its starting point.
Productive assets, experienced organisations and digital services each have a role. ALFA’s utility will be defined by the services and terms developed around the ecosystem.
02 / THE ECOSYSTEM

Leasing, training and specialist aircraft capabilities form the anchor of the ecosystem.

Lucerne, bamboo, renewable feedstock and food processing connect cultivation with industry.

Medical aviation, evacuation, training and infrastructure bring healthcare into the wider vision.

Biomass and gas concepts sit alongside longer-term solar and electric-aviation ambitions.
PROJECT DETAIL
The core proposals at a glance.
The documented Furqan–Vman partnership covers aviation consultancy, airports, leasing and financing. The proposed training platform describes 105 aircraft, an indicative US$53 million value and a seven-year framework. Kenya School of Flying appears in a separate acquisition proposal; completion has not been established.
Mwenezi, Zimbabwe: a 4,250-hectare holding with a 2,200-hectare irrigated lucerne design and 45 pivots. The final-draft feasibility study is dated 25 August 2026.
Hola, Kenya: a proposed 5,000-hectare bamboo development over three planting years.
Tana River, Kenya: a 5,000-hectare Napier concept linked to compressed biomethane.
DZF, Benin: an existing distribution business with a proposed 120-tonne-per-day wheat mill and 1,000-kg-per-hour pasta line. Indicative funding is €12.94 million, excluding land.
The proposed programme connects medical transport with clinical providers, appropriately equipped aircraft, trained teams and receiving facilities. Group experience includes healthcare acquisition financing in Dubai. Clinical partnerships and a project-specific operating plan are the next development steps.
The Tana River concept follows cultivation, harvesting, digestion, gas upgrading and compression. Feasibility, a pilot, phased scale and verification form the proposed sequence. Feedstock performance, technology and offtake remain to be validated; no operating ALFA gas plant is claimed.
03 / THE FOUNDATION
The Furqan–Vman aviation partnership is documented. Mwenezi’s August 2026 feasibility study records completed diligence and technical validation ahead of lender appraisal.
These milestones belong to the named organisations and projects. The proposed training-school acquisition and ALFA product integrations are subsequent delivery steps.
Sponsor diligence, technical validation and stakeholder engagement recorded as completed. Lender appraisal is the next financing step.
